A Thy Tran Architecture designed home. Brand new build on the Mornington Peninsula. This luxurious coastal home was designed to be a peaceful retirement retreat, with a multi-generational vision in mind. The design combines elegance and functionality and is truly one of a kind. The building consists of three connected gabled pavilions, the materials include Vestis aluminium, painted fibre cement wall cladding, and Colorbond Ultra steel roofing. The 8 car basement garage embedded deep into sand base required concrete pier footings, as well as extensive concrete and steel foundations. The massive concrete retaining walls were an enormous amount of work just to get out of the ground. This home will be featured on Dream Homes Revealed Season 4 in 2025 on 9Life.
